Doug Kruschke, Founder and President
Doug has been an executive advisor, coach, facilitator, consultant and trainer for the last 30 years. Working in a wide range of settings, he has served over 150 private and public organizations, providing services in such areas as teambuilding, strategic planning, leadership development, communication training, conflict resolution, key meeting facilitation, as well as personal life planning. Since 1981 Doug has created and led several ongoing support groups for corporate presidents and executive directors of non-profits from more than 60 different organizations in Southern California.

Dougs business clients have included varied for-profit companies such as Budget Rent-A-Car of Southern California; Avco Financial Services; Longo Toyota; Jeremy P. Tarcher, Inc.; Lawry's Foods; Sony Pictures Entertainment; Virgin Records of America; Westmoreland Coal Company; CBS Television; Chicken Soup for The Soul; and Rusty Pelican Restaurants.
Besides working with the business community, Doug has provided a variety of programs for non-profit and governmental organizations. These include the Boulder, Colorado City Council; the California Urban Forestry Advisory Council; Education First!; The End Hunger Network; The Los Angeles World Hunger Event; TreePeople of Los Angeles; Crystal Stairs and LA Execs (a consortium of non-profit agencies responsible for administering funding for much of the licensed child care in Los Angeles County).
Doug received his Bachelor's Degree from UCLA, a Master's Degree in Psychology from Pepperdine University and has completed further graduate studies in clinical psychology at the University of Colorado. He is also an avid mountaineer, rock climber and skier and is a member of the American Alpine Club. He is married and resides with his wife, Diana, in Mar Vista, California.
