Steve received an MBA from the Stanford Graduate School of Business, an MS in civil and environmental engineering from the University of Pennsylvania, and an MA in Spiritual Psychology at the University of Santa Monica.

Dominic has more than twenty five years of consulting, training, coaching and team building experience. His professional career spans the fields of clinical psychology, internal management consulting, training and executive coaching. His Doctoral work in Organizational Psychology focused on the subject of Individual and Organizational Integrity.
Dominic has served as the director of training and organizational development for Rain Bird Corporation, Rank Video Services America, Hyundai Motor America, and American Honda Motor Company Inc. Currently, he is the principal in his own firm, Organizational Fitness Associates.
